Gandytec’s consultants have confirmed the addition of ASTM A1053 (Duracorr pipe) and A1010 (Duracorr plate) into ASME B31.3.

Duracorr Pipe specification ASTM A1053/A1053M-11 revisions are published and available. The revisions include additional weld methods and updated product details.
    Gandytec was successful in initiating changes to the ASTM A1053/A1053M-11 specifications that will allow more large OD pipe manufacturers to qualify for production of Duracorr pipe. Revisions incorporated additional and alternate welding methods, increased quality control when welding Duracorr pipe with filler metal, and reduced length restraints.

Ms. Paris has been serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Gandy Companies for the past eighteen years. Ms. Paris will oversee all of the inclusive Gandy companies, which includes numerous Technology, Design, Engineering and Marketing entities.
