Gandytec announced today that Jaycie A. Paris has been named President and chief operating officer of the Gandy Companies Headquartered in Conroe, Texas.

Ms. Paris has been serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Gandy Companies for the past eighteen years. Ms. Paris will oversee all of the inclusive Gandy companies, which includes numerous Technology, Design, Engineering and Marketing entities. The Gandy Companies group was founded by John Gandy over twenty years ago. Mr. Gandy has led the group of companies as President and C.E.O. since its inception to its present success level.

Gandytec announced today that their specialty connection Z2-600, developed for the Macaroni Tubing market, has entered into production.

Two strings of 2 1/16” .156” L-80 and J-55 respectively have been successfully threaded and will be utilized in a field location to be announced at a later date. The Z2-600 specialty connection is rated at 100% of six applicable loads and is available with optional entrapped seal ring for higher pressure applications. A Gandytec spokesman stated that they are preparing to thread 1000 joints of the connection in 1 ½” X 0.145” J-55 for a client.
