Tubular Corporation of America and President of Gandy Drill Pipe, LLC. Gandy has
more than 40 years experience with piping products and is the inventor of several
piping innovations including heavy wall large diameter dual phase pipe.

Responsibilities include financial, accounting, payables and receivables of the
companies.
Wallace McAfee - Manager of Sales and Purchasing
Previously served with United States Steel, Grant Oil Country Tubular Corporation,
and Gandy Drill Pipe, LLC. Mr. McAfee has more than 40 years marketing, sales and
technical experience with tubulars for the Oil and Gas Industry. Mr. McAfee has
specialized in Corrosion Resistant Alloys and Specialty Thread Connections.
Kris Church - Manager of Engineering and Design
He is the inventor of the Torquelock specialty thread and several additional related
inventions. In addition Mr. Church is the inventor of the Tube in a Tube drill pipe that
incorporates the ability to communicate downhole. Having previously served with two
leading specialty thread manufacturers Mr. Church has more than 32 years
experience with Specialty threads for the Oil and Gas Industry.
